Great workstand. Very easy to use. Just set the stand to the height you want and lift the bike on it. I have other stands and this one is by far the easiest one to use. All of my bikes have cables that run on top or under the top tube of the frame. This stand was the only one I found that dident smash the cables into the frame when being clamped.

I was very excited to receive my new Topeak PrepStand only to hear pieces of it rattling around in the box. Then learned I had to assemble it's many parts with metric allen wrenches that were not supplied. It is overly complex with a bad design that allows the frame saddle to slip out when turned at an angle, which lets your precious bike slip out and fall to the floor.......No thanks. I returned it and purchased an "Ultimate Support" repair stand.....simple and strong. I give the Topeak PrepStand an "F"

The bottom bracket holder on the stand came broken in the mail. I called the company and they told me top contact Topeak directly. I suggested that it was their responsibility to do so and they said they would ... several weeks have gone by and I have not had the part replaced.
