I converted my mountain bike to a city commuter, and for that I needed skinny slick high pressure 26x1.5" tires. These Michelin Airstop tubes were the ticket-- I can go up to 80PSI with these, and it works perfectly with my Presta-valve floor pump with pressure gauge. (My Schraeder-valve bike pump had no gauge).Swapped out the Schraeder-valve tubes I had on my bike for these Presta-equipped ones, and I'm good to go! If you are a cyclist you probably know this already but I'm not. I just wanted to replace the tube in the bike I got to ride around the neighborhood and exercise. The seller did send me the correct one, but just wanted you to know so as not to not have to go through the hassle.The tube itself seems to be of good quality, but being unable to use it, I can't speak to how good it really is. |
